I went to bed fully expecting to post a crucial word from the Lord this morning that I’ve been praying on for a couple of weeks. However, I woke up from a dream. I asked the Lord to confirm whether today was the day to make the word public, but this dream shifted the timeline! In my time with the Lord this morning, I understood He wanted me to put this word out first, in preparation for the “crucial” ( decisive or critical; especially in the success or failure of something of great importance) that will follow. May we all seek the Holy Spirit for clarity, instruction, and confirmation for our own houses.
Two houses dream:
My husband and I stood facing two homes that were to be valued. But what stood out in this dream were these two houses side by side and the Internal layout of the homes. From the outside, I could see the internal layout. We faced the front of both homes, and another gentleman seemed to be competing with us. We were simply there to look at these homes. I then knew one of them was worth more, even though they appeared comparable. The floor plan made one home more valuable. The home I thought would be worth more wasn’t, because the focus was really only the inside of the house, not anything external. The way the floor plan was laid out was the “appealing feature.” Then, in the dream, Brian was handed a key that opened some type of storage in the community on the property, and the man standing with us wanted to make sure he got that key. We knew he couldn’t be trusted, but we paid him no attention. The key holder that was handed to Brian (the man watched the key go into his hands) was blue and made of the material I recognized from the boat key I used to carry for the ski boat. If the key fell in the water while water skiing, it would float. The holder was blue and “appeared to have 3 different keys in the holder”. The keys were not visible from the outside of the holder, but somehow I knew they were possibly Allen wrenches. Then I was among other “agents” who showed homes, and I was instructed to print the blueprint on BOTH houses. Every time someone asked to come look at the house to consider purchasing it, I had to print the entire blueprint, outlining every detail inside. On my first print, the pages were much larger than legal size, and when they came out of the printer, they had so many colors, details, and dimensions because I was printing every detail of the house itself. I went over to the person in charge to ask if I could be reimbursed because the color, especially in printing these huge documents, was going to be very costly. The man nonchalantly told me he would have to check with the person in charge because they do reimbursements for many job expenses, but no one had ever brought up the issue of ink. None of the agents had that business expense before. The man told me, “No one prior had that sort of cost”. Then the dream shifted to some type of natural disaster. I was instructed to tell everyone they only needed water. We had cases of water bottles, and that was all we needed.
Brian and I were already prepared, and we calmly told everyone else to just have water available.
In my first marriage, we owned an appraisal business I named “ Trinity Appraisals.” I am very familiar with appraising the value of a client’s home and the 13 factors generally considered.

In my dream, I understood that it was important to look at the comps. (compare recently sold homes that were comparable to the one being bought). However, in this dream, it was crystal clear that the only consideration in evaluating these two homes was the internal layout. Again, in Real Estate, that wouldn’t be the deciding factor; however, the 4th consideration, “Design of your home,” was the deciding factor. This quality is defined as follows: Another area evaluated to determine your home’s appraisal value is the overall design of the home. Certain timeless home designs won’t affect your home’s long-term value. However, if you opt for trendy decor and overall finishes IN your home, it could be appraised at a lower value when it’s no longer in style. For example, if your home was last updated in the 70s and the finishes reflect that, it may appraise at a lower value because it doesn’t appeal to all buyers.
I found this very insightful because when we appraised homes, owners would quickly tell us about hundreds of thousands of dollars in upgrades, yet in those years they were only allotted up to a $10,000 credit toward their value. This would be very upsetting to them because they thought the more they did to their home aesthetically, the higher the value. Now that alone will preach, won’t it! Notice if the homeowner chooses to be trendy or, shall we say, ‘WOK’, the property is devalued. (On a side note, Kim Kardashian was part of the dream as a parade of people looked at her while we both stood on a balcony. I walked away to handle something that was important while she stood there looking “perfect.” I don’t recall what I left to do, but it certainly wasn’t to stay on the balcony. That’s about the time the disaster came, and we instructed: “Water Only.” If you aren’t already aware, water symbolizes the Holy Spirit.
Also, the ink really stood out because my office printer is connected to my HP Ink service. Our ministry pays a monthly fee to print documents. We are allotted a certain amount of pages and ink within the monthly plan. When we are about to exceed that plan, we are notified to upgrade. I understood that, by the size, color, and amount of blueprints I was going to print, this would be an absorbable cost. I was “counting the cost” in my dream. I fully understand the cost of printing out or exposing the inner blueprints of lives to help them understand their value!
The other point I would like to bring out is the 3 Allen wrenches Brian was handed. (A brief side note that I find interesting and incredibly prophetic. Prophetic, for those who don’t understand, means something foretold or to come. Brian’s former Judo instructor, Jaime Vasquez, had a Martial Arts friend named Allen Wrench. This man actually placed a first-place medal around Brian’s neck for Judo in a WHITE BELT tournament. This took place in Brian’s hometown of San Bernardino, California. Also look at the fascinating history behind the invention of the Allen Wrench and why it was the tool within the “key holder” that would float if lost in the water.
William G. Allen patented this idea in the US in 1909, and his eponymous
company would become synonymous with the wrench required by his safety screws. Hex nuts and keys became a dominant fastening method after World War II, when Allied countries realized the importance of interchangeable fasteners.
We are the body of Christ, and undoubtedly we are at war (this word will be made public as soon as the Holy Spirit tells me it’s TIME). The Lord spoke to me this morning. “The word you’re about to release is so critical, it’s life or death, and I gave you a dream to prepare the people to take what is spoken seriously.” If they don’t, I am not responsible for their reception or lack thereof. It’s not ME that needs to be received, but the timely word. Just like Mr. Allen understood during WW11 the importance of having a universal TOOL or interchangeable fasteners among our country’s allies, so much more the body of Christ! Interchangeable fasteners are Identical for practical purposes. These fasteners are made to specifications that ensure that they are so nearly identical that they will fit into any assembly of the same type. Does this NOT sound like the church? Not the building, but the Ekklesia. God’s people who are supposed to be identical. What makes us identical? Being found in Jesus Chris and in unity of purpose. Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
John 1 declares, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
We can, and we will overcome this darkness. But in war, we must work together, not against each other. Like in the dream, the man was so focused on the keys Brian was handed, and what they gave him access to, that he lost sight of the inner blueprint of the home! Mr. Allen was ingenious enough to create a tool in the midst of war that would be interchangeable and efficient for anyone who had it.
Matthew 7:24-29
The Wise and Foolish Builders
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching,
because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their teachers of the law.
Look at the 3 elements that can potentially cause destruction. Tsunamis, Tornadoes, Hurricanes. No matter what is coming, your focus must be on the INNER BLUEPRINT OF YOUR OWN HOME AND THE FOUNDATION ON WHICH IT’S BUILT. All fear focused on “what’s to come” will surely cause great destruction to you and your family. BUT the word of the Lord is clear. Focus on being a wise builder, not a foolish one. What is your focus on? Fear vs. Faith. Are you expecting a catastrophic outcome or a blessed outcome? Whose report will you believe? What you choose to focus on in this very hour will determine the effects the rain, streams, and winds will have upon your foundation! I find it very informative that the verses that precede Matthew 7: 24…….
Matthew 7:21-23
True and False Disciples
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
In conclusion, whose “prophecies are you listening to? Evil is most certainly arising on many fronts and has infiltrated all 3 houses. (White House, Courthouse, Church house). What about your own house? I tell you this day: focus on your own home. Focus on what you’ve built your house upon before it’s too late and it all comes crashing down because your focus was on everyone else other than your own temple. God will protect and keep in perfect peace those whose minds are stayed upon Him! I tell you we are in the End Times, but we are NOT at the End of Time! Mercy is extended from Heaven, and souls are to be won to Christ. But Scripture warns us to seek the Lord while He may be found. ( Isaiah 55:6).
I conclude with the Word of the Lord spoken to me this morning from His word. You have nothing to fear if your house is in order and you are found in the Lord
Isaiah 26
On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts.
Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, the nation that keeps faith.
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD himself, is the Rock eternal.
He humbles those who dwell on high; he lays the lofty city low; he levels it to the ground and casts it down to the dust.
Feet trample it down— the feet of the oppressed, the footsteps of the poor.
The path of the righteous is level; you, the Upright One, make the way of the righteous smooth.
Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.
My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. ( It’s Time they learn. Gina’s emphasis)
But when grace is shown to the wicked, they do not learn righteousness; even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil and do not regard the majesty of the LORD.
LORD, your hand is lifted high, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people and be put to shame; let the fire reserved for your enemies consume them.
LORD, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us.
LORD our God, other lords besides you have ruled over us, but we honor your name alone.
They are now dead; they live no more; their spirits do not rise. You punished them and brought them to ruin; you wiped out all memory of them. ( Pay close attention. Gina’s emphasis)
You have enlarged the nation, LORD; you have enlarged the nation. You have gained glory for yourself; you have extended all the borders of the land.
LORD, they came to you in their distress; when you disciplined them, they could barely whisper a prayer.
As a pregnant woman about to give birth writhes and cries out in her pain, so were we in your presence, LORD.
We were with child, we writhed in labor, but we gave birth to wind. We have not brought salvation to the earth, and the people of the world have not come to life. (Believers will be held responsible. Gina’s emphasis)
But your dead will live, LORD; their bodies will rise—let those who dwell in the dust wake up and shout for joy—your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead. ( Today salvation will come to your household. Gina’s emphasis)
Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.
See, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the bloodshed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer.
